Benefit from fully personalised support and reach your individual health, wellbeing and fitness goals, with One to One Yoga sessions with Ava Monroe. Ideal for those who want fully tailored support and guidance, One to One sessions are available on an ad hoc or ongoing basis. Sessions are normally delivered at Ava’s home studio in North Dalton, or at your home (within a 14 mile radius of North Dalton), however during the current pandemic our classes are live and interactive using Zoom.
