Wave Yoga combines core elements from multiple styles of yoga in an inclusive format that works for men, women and children of all ages. Great for building strength, boosting flexibility, increasing fitness and improving wellbeing, it’s suitable for complete novices and experienced Yoga practitioners alike.
During the current pandemic classes are live and interactive by Zoom, charging £6 a class.
We run classes Monday to Thursday throughout the whole day, and also Saturday morning,
1-2-1’s also available as well as family groups.
